The mother of dragon will be my final artwork for the Game of Thrones Drawing Series. Since the new season will start in less than TWO days, I think it will be perfect to end it with this queen or Khaleesi.

And here’s some progress shot of the drawing:
I used graphite pencil for this drawing, NO charcoal at all. The handling is different and I have to split the contrast into 5 range (H, 2B, 4B, 6B, and 8B) whereas with charcoal I only need to split it into 3 (dark, medium and light). I still used Cougar 216gsm fine/smooth texture, with Faber-Castell 9000 artist graphite pencils.
